Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding Next Day orders) after purchase. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Times:

UK standard (2-4 business days)

UK Next Day Delivery / Tracked 24 (1 business day) 

Express International (2 to 6 business days) 

Standard International (5 to 10 business days)

UK Next Day Delivery Policy:

We offer Next Day Delivery for all eligible orders placed Monday to Friday before 11am.

  • Orders placed after 11am, or on weekends (Saturday–Sunday), will be processed on the next working day.
  • Next Day Delivery is not available on weekends or bank holidays.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details to follow your parcel’s journey.

If you need your order urgently, please ensure it is placed before the cut-off time.

Cancellations

By placing an order with TRUEFIT, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms & Conditions.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or modified under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Address changes
  • Colour changes
  • Size changes
  • Product changes
  • Shipping method changes
  • Order cancellations

Please ensure all details entered at checkout are correct before completing your purchase. TRUEFIT is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer at checkout.

As orders are processed immediately to ensure fast dispatch times, we are unable to make manual edits once the order has been confirmed.


Early Access Restock

You can place an Early Access order now to secure your dress from the upcoming batch before it officially returns to stock.

By purchasing through Early Access, you are reserving your item in advance from the next production run.

Estimated Dispatch:

Orders placed through Early Access are expected to be dispatched within approximately 2 weeks.

Please note that this item is part of a restock reservation, meaning your order will ship once the new batch arrives and is processed by our team.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note that all orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. However, during busy periods such as sales, holidays, and peak seasons, shipping times may be delayed due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Customs Fees & Import Duties Policy

Please note that Truefit is not liable for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be applied by your country’s customs authorities upon delivery.

All international orders may be subject to customs inspections and fees, which are determined by the destination country and are entirely the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in your purchase or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient to release the parcel.
